This website is operated by The Care Challenge. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Care Challenge.  The Care Challenge offers this website, including all information, tools and services available on this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or by purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS

If you become a subscriber to The Care Challenge, we will ship you our products according to the frequency of delivery you choose (the “Care Challenge Plan”). You can choose from three (3) Care Challenge plans:

  1. Seasonal Subscription 
  2. Two-Season Subscription
  3. Four-Season Subscription

Seasonal Subscription: Customer will immediately be billed $130 CAD + applicable taxes (as a non-refundable purchase), free Canadian shipping included. All seasonal subscription boxes are subject to availability. Upon signing up, if that season’s Care Challenge box is sold out, your subscription will start the following season. ALL SUBSCRIPTION PLANS WILL BE RENEWED AUTOMATICALLY AT THE END OF THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, BASED ON THE SAME TERMS OF SERVICE. 

With the Seasonal Subscription plan, you can prevent your subscription from auto-renewing upon prior notice. The notice must, in such case, be received by us at least fifteen (15) days prior the billing date. (Example: #ccspring billing will be on March 15th, you must cancel the subscription on or before March 1st)

Two (2) Season Subscription: Customer will immediately be billed $120 CAD + applicable taxes (as a non-refundable purchase), free Canadian shipping included. All seasonal subscription boxes are subject to availability. Upon signing up, if that season’s Care Challenge box is sold out, your subscription will start the following season. ALL SUBSCRIPTION PLANS WILL BE RENEWED AUTOMATICALLY AT THE END OF THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, BASED ON THE SAME TERMS OF SERVICE. 

With the Two (2) Season Subscription plan, you are committing to the length of your plan, two (2) consecutive seasons. Your credit card on file will be charged $120 CAD + applicable taxes, each season, for at least two (2) seasons. Once the length of your plan reaches its end, your plan will automatically renew. You can prevent your subscription from auto-renewing upon prior notice. The notice must, in such case, be received by us at least fifteen (15) days prior the billing date. (Example: #ccspring billing will be on March 15th, you must cancel the subscription before March 1st)

*CUSTOMERS MAY CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERSHIPS AT ANY TIME FOLLOWING THE COMMITMENT LENGTH.

Four (4) Season Subscription: Customer will immediately be billed $110 CAD + applicable taxes (as a non-refundable purchase), free Canadian shipping included. All seasonal subscription boxes are subject to availability. Upon signing up, if that season’s Care Challenge box is sold out, your subscription will start the following season. ALL SUBSCRIPTION PLANS WILL BE RENEWED AUTOMATICALLY AT THE END OF THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, BASED ON THE SAME TERMS OF SERVICE. 

With the Four (4) Season Subscription plan, you are committing to the length of your plan, four (4) consecutive seasons. Your credit card on file will be charged $110 CAD + applicable taxes, each season, for at least four (4) seasons. After the length of you plan has reached its end, your plan will automatically renew. PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

All seasonal subscription boxes are subject to availability. Upon signing up, if that season’s Care Challenge box is sold out, your subscription will start the following season. The season, in which the Seasonal Subscription plan is purchased, will coincide with the first box that is delivered.

Order in December to February: we will deliver the first box (Winter)
Order in March-May: we will deliver the first box (Spring)
Order in June-August: we will deliver the first box (Summer) 
Order in September-November: we will deliver the first box (Fall)

When you sign up for a Seasonal Subscription plan, you will receive a box each season, as per the above schedule. Your credit card on file will be charged $130 CAD (+ applicable taxes) recurring every three (3) months, coinciding with the 15th of the month of the next billing cycle; for example, a purchase on January 4th will have recurring billing dates of March 15th, June 15th, etc. 

Seasonal Subscription plan must be cancelled fifteen (15) days prior to the next billing date.

IF A BOX SELLS OUT:
Please note that quantities are limited. All seasonal subscription boxes are subject to availability. Upon signing up, if that season’s Care Challenge box is sold out, your subscription will start the following season.

SWITCHING YOUR PLAN
Thinking of upgrading or downgrading your plan? No problem, everything could be done via “My Account” in “My Subscription”. Changes must be done fifteen (15) days prior to the next billing date.

GIFTING A BOX
Thinking of gifting The Care Challenge to someone? No problem! Customers may purchase a box plan and have it delivered to an address other than the billing address on file. You may also personalised it and add a note.
You may gift a Seasonal Subscription, a Two (2) Season Subscription or a Four (4) Season Subscription.
Recurring payments will be charged make sure to cancel fifteen (15) days prior to the next billing date.

SHIPPING
Good news! We offer FREE Canadian shipping on all orders. All our orders are shipped via Canada Post. We do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us within 5 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, extra courier charges and/or delivery errors. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us to resolve the situation.

CANCELLATION:
All Care Challenge subscription plans automatically renew. You may however, cancel your plan anytime subject to the Terms & Conditions listed above regarding the plan terms.

You may cancel your plan via your account in “My Subscription
You may not terminate your Care Challenge plan prior to the end of the Subscription period. Even if you provide us with a cancellation notice, you are committing to the length of your plan.

You will not receive a refund and you will continue to receive the rest of The Care Challenge boxes left on your subscription period.
