About the box

The Care Challenge, a Canadian seasonal subscription box shipped directly to you, combining fitness, nutrition, natural beauty and wellness.

Every Care Challenge box includes:

  • A fitness program
  • Fitness equipment
  • A video demonstration with all the exercise in the program
  • Seasonal nutrition tips + recipes
  • A variety of natural green beauty products, wellness, eco friendly products.

The box costs between 110$ to 130$ depending on your care challenge plan.

Our fitness programs are provided with our collaborations and partnership with Bx Studio, from certified personal trainers and certified instructors.

With every box you purchase, that season’s fitness program demonstration video will be available in the tab “My account

When the new box ships each season, the video will change.

Canadian registered dietitians will provide each season’s nutrition tips and recipes.

All of the beauty and wellness products inside the box are curated from local, natural, and cruelty free brands.

The winter box ships the first week of January.
The spring box ships the first week of April.
The summer box ships the first week of July.
The fall box ships the first week of October.

Passed the season, if you sign up and that current season’s box is still available we will ship as soon as possible.

If you sign up that that currents seasons box is sold out, we will ship the next season’s box during the timeframe of each season.

Yes, all fitness programs, information flyers, nutritional tips and recipes are available in both language, English or French.

You select the language of your choice at checkout.

Yes we do! Refer a friend and get rewarded. When your friends buy a care challenge box from your invite link, you get $10 off your next box!

Yes of course you can! If you want to gift one box, you can sign up to seasonal subscription box, and during check-out make sure to check the box “this a gift for someone else” and provide the person’s shipping information. You can also add a personalized note.

You may gift also a Two-Season Subscription or Four-Season Subscription box.

Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to any address across Canada!

Currently, we only ship to Canada.

We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your box goes out for delivery.

Subscription boxes are final sale. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information on our cancellation policies. If you receive a damaged box or if any products are damaged please contact us within 5 days of receiving your box. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, extra courier charges and/or delivery errors. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us to resolve the situation.

If you moved, make sure to update your new address before the next seasons box shipment.

Billing or Cancelation

Yes, please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information on our cancellation cut off dates per seasons.

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express a. Unfortunately we do not accept prepaid cards, cash or cheques.

Thinking of upgrading or downgrading your plan? No problem, everything could be done via “My Account” in “My Subscription”. Changes must be done fifteen (15) days prior to the next billing date.

When you sign up for any care challenge plan, you will immediately be billed $110 to 130 CAD + applicable taxes (all depending on your plan) Your credit card on file will be charged recurring every three (3) months, coinciding with the 15th of the month of the next billing cycle. Plans must be cancelled fifteen (15) days prior to the next billing date, all respecting and committing to the length of the plan.

All of your personal information could be updated in your account.

You’ll then need to select Billing Information and click on Update Card or Edit your billing information.

You may not terminate your Care Challenge plan prior to the end of the  Subscription period. Even if you provide us with a cancellation notice, you are committing to the length of your plan.

You will not receive a refund and you will continue to receive the rest of The Care Challenge boxes left on your subscription period.

All Care Challenge subscription plans automatically renew. You may however, cancel your plan anytime subject to the Terms & Conditions listed above regarding the plan terms. You may cancel your plan via your account in “My Subscription”
